Vantune is a music platform for listeners and artists. This policy explains what data Vantune may collect, how it is used, and how users can request account or data deletion.
Account and Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your Vantune account and associated personal data by emailing tektanna@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Vantune account.
Please include the email address or phone number used for your Vantune account.
After we verify the request, we will delete or anonymize account profile data, authentication records we control, playlists, artist profile data connected to the account, and other personal records where deletion is technically and legally possible. Some records may be kept when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, transaction history, or legal obligations. Deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days.
Information We Collect
- Account information such as name, email address, phone number, username, and login details.
- Profile information such as artist name, biography, images, social links, releases, and uploaded content.
- Music activity such as streams, playlists, follows, downloads for offline listening, album unlocks, and redeem code usage.
- Purchase and billing records related to album unlocks, artist tools, and app transactions.
- Device and app information such as app version, device type, diagnostics, crash logs, and security events.
- Camera access when you use features such as scanning a code. Camera images are not collected unless a feature clearly requires upload.
How We Use Information
- To create and manage user and artist accounts.
- To stream music, unlock albums, support offline listening, and manage playlists.
- To provide artist tools, financial records, billing records, and promotional features.
- To process transactions, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and protect the app.
- To send important account, support, and service messages.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers that help run Vantune, including Firebase, Google Play, hosting, analytics, authentication, storage, payment, and crash reporting services. We may also share information when required by law or to protect users, artists, Vantune, and the public.
Security
Vantune uses encrypted connections for data in transit. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
Vantune is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
