Vantune is a music platform for listeners and artists. This policy explains what data Vantune may collect, how it is used, and how users can request account or data deletion.

Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Vantune account and associated personal data by emailing tektanna@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Vantune account.

Please include the email address or phone number used for your Vantune account.

After we verify the request, we will delete or anonymize account profile data, authentication records we control, playlists, artist profile data connected to the account, and other personal records where deletion is technically and legally possible. Some records may be kept when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, transaction history, or legal obligations. Deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days.

How We Use Information

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers that help run Vantune, including Firebase, Google Play, hosting, analytics, authentication, storage, payment, and crash reporting services. We may also share information when required by law or to protect users, artists, Vantune, and the public.

Security

Vantune uses encrypted connections for data in transit. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

Vantune is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
